On June 2, 2023 a severe storm that formed over Sanderson Texas moved southeast. Soon a very large tornado formed 7 miles south of Dryden TX. The tornado would stay on the ground for over 30 minutes and grow to be nearly 1 mile wide. This is Texas weather at it’s worst.

Driving south on I-25 on Saturday, May 9th, 2015. I was trying to catch up with a tornado that had just touched down in Hanover, CO. Suddenly a large amount of pea sized hail came down and covered the road. I estimate about 6″ of hail was on the road.
